How is it already the last week of August?! And kids go back to school next week?!?! We are in denial.

Either way, here are this weeks hours. Please note:
-Driving range is closed each Tuesday morning for maintenance (until about 10am).
-Our hours are always weather dependent.
-Booking in advance is always recommended- if you walk in on a busy evening or weekend we may not be able to accommodate you.

Regulars will recognize everyone’s favourite receptionists, BJ. This Friday is BJs last day before he and his wife move.

BJ has worked with us for a few years and has a reputation for being the first out on the course a few days a week, his dad jokes and sense of humor, and his genuine friendliness. BJ knows so many of our regulars by name and I know many people will miss his friendly greetings when they come down.

We all wish BJ and his wife the very best in their move and the next phase of their lives.

This is one of my absolute favourite submissions from last year’s staff photo contest. Im so glad everyone had fun with it! This is Davida, she worked with us last year and we were thrilled to welcome her back to assist in the clubhouse again this year.

Have you ever hit a ball into the boat on the range?

We’ve been happy to host the Annual River Ridge Golf Tourney for a few years now. This year they had a good gang of golfers, a great time, and finished before it got too hot. The men used only a 8 iron and a putter, and the women used only a 6 iron and a putter- for an extra challenge.

Thanks golfing with us River Ridge, it was a pleasure to have you, as always!

With these hot days we’ve been having early mornings have been best and busiest times at Bridge Valley. There something special about being one of the first on the course in the quiet of the morning, dew still on the grass, birds chirping.
