IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR!
Cross Country season is upon us, and it's time to start working towards your goals.
🎽 Whether you're running for a local school, wanting to race Athletics Alberta events this Fall, or simply come run with a great group of people, we've got a spot saved just for you.
Accepting runners aged 8+ and all abilities welcome.
🏃🏻♂️🏃🏽♀️Each session will have a short speed group, getting you ready for indoor track speed and a long distance group, working on your endurance. Plus, a full training plan each week.
🕕 Meeting at Nicholas Sheran Park at the boat launch on the West side of the lake on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6pm.

Over the past 6-weeks, these women have trained with a purpose and with one goal in mind, crossing the finish line of a challenging 8km race celebrating the women in Lethbridge. Each will be running looking to finish or beat their best time at LadiesFest on Saturday.
🙏🏼 It was a pleasure working with each of them and helping build their fitness together. LadiesFest Clinic is now officially complete!
They will all be unstoppable on Saturday!
