🤠 Meet the Riders | Dany Tremblay 🇨🇦

Representing both Canada and one of the most respected programs in reining, Dany Tremblay has spent decades competing at the highest level of the sport. A proven champion, NRHA Million Dollar Rider, and one of the industry's most accomplished horsemen, Dany most recently claimed the title of 2026 NRHA Level 4 Open Derby Reserve Champion aboard Americas Superstar, adding another major achievement to an already remarkable career.

Originally from Canada and now based in Oklahoma, Dany has built a reputation for exceptional horsemanship, consistency, and developing horses capable of competing on the sport's biggest stages for both the Open and Non Pro.

Now, he returns home to compete in the Calgary Stampede Reining Showcase, where he'll draw an unfamiliar horse and have just a short time to prepare before stepping into the spotlight.

Ross Smith, inventor of the COBIT, will be there to demonstrate how the COBIT works.

Ideal for farriers & all horse people looking to better understand hoof care.

Classroom theory includes basic anatomy, explanation of common lameness issues (ex. navicular), discussion of conformation, posture, biomechanics, development of, theory behind the COBIT and how it works.

One horse will be trimmed, using the COBIT, as part of the demonstration.
