glimmers of Summer ✨💫

“dam a stream and it will create a new channel, resist and the tide will sweep you off your feet, allow and grace will carry you to higher ground…” — Danna Faulds

what if growth doesn’t happen with everything around you changing,
but rather begins within you,
one honest decision at a time

this is exactly why my love for Autumn deepens each year — Nature simply knows when it’s time to release, to turn inward, and to simply begin again,

it’s a reminder that change doesn’t need to be forced,
just space to get quiet enough to recognize what we no longer wish to carry 🍂

only a few more days left to register for the upcoming Fall Equinox Retreat, where we will channel this energy and take the time to pause, reflect & realign to our home within.

pause amidst the Heart of the Season, to reconnect with yourself & honour what is flourishing 🌼

it’s the warmth of the sun,
the scent of fresh herbs & flowers,
a quiet morning as the world slowly wakes,
that gently remind us to slow down enough to be present in the experiences of the Season

this is your invitation to join me at the upcoming Mid-Summer’s Retreat, a peaceful morning rising with the sun, gently energizing yourSelf, and leave you feeling a little lighter than before 🌿

introducing the ✨ 7-week Chakra Alignment Series ✨

this series was created for the ones who feel the pull to go deeper —

to understand themselves,
to feel aligned,
to feel connected,
to be rooted in purpose,
not floating through life…

for the ones who feel called to explore their inner world through the chakra system as a lived experience, not just a concept…

over seven weeks, we’ll move progressively through the 7 chakras using education, creative practices, breathwork, movement, and meditations

to build alignment layer by layer, from the inside out…

this is not a drop-in class — it’s a progressive chakra journey designed to deepen your connection to your body, your energy, your intuition & source

created for beginners & seasoned yogis alike — without force, pressure, or performance

March 9 - April 20, 2026
✨ 7-week closed series
🧘‍♀️ 75-minute classes
🌿 hosted in the greenhouse
🤍 limited spots available

early registration pricing available for a limited time

this is your invitation to connect inward, align deeper & embody who you already are 💫
