Looking forward to warmer weather which means playing in the garden & prepping the still 🥰

Well, we did it! We made it through the darkest time of the year 💪
It’s not an easy time of year for most people and I’ll admit I struggle with the darkness around the winter solstice… I also struggle during the summer solstice for the oppose reason ~ it’s about balance 😉

This year, I decided that I would like to learn instead of just quietly hiding under a rock like I usually do and I discovered or and luckily we have a few pairs of jeans that needed some much needed help… but then I wanted more and discovered and they had these cute little sashiko surprise bags!! So of course I grabbed one and am almost done this gorgeous little hanky 🥰

Another beautiful Sunday at what I’m now just calling Head Office

When it’s harvest time there’s no rest for the wicked 😎

Met a beautiful soul yesterday on our quest for beeswax. She offered us honey, h**p, catnip, Hopi to***co, & comfrey 🥰😍😍 little did she know she tapped into my love language. She herself had no time for what was left and we promised we would return for the wax and with finished product she could enjoy through the winter this year.

Community is so important, and in times where everyone feels divided, it’s paramount that we connect with people who also share our love of the earth and all its children. No politics, just people loving and sharing and helping each other.

What my home office looks like 🥰😍

I fought so long for a remote job- the one thing Covid blessed me with - but now with a return to office looming 😔 I’ve taken a step back from and started asking myself what feeds my soul and if I can somehow make a go on my own

I don’t know where this path will lead me and that’s kinda scary but I also know that what I stepped away from was killing me and I can’t go backwards

Seeing as we are in a hurry for this weekends market we aren’t pulling out the oil of these batches, which just means they’ll have a little extra in each jar.

Currently I’m just running batches, don’t worry though! Our bottles have arrived at our home office (not my house which is where I’m distilling) so Friday we will be straining, bottling and packaging for this weekend 🥰
