We were able to secure additional ice the first wee of August and are opening registration for our most popular on-ice training program — our Intensive Speed Training Camp!
To maximize player development, we're intentionally keeping each group small so every athlete receives more individual instruction, feedback, and attention throughout the week.
August 4–7 (Tuesday–Friday)�

U9 | 9:00–10:00 AM�
U11 | 10:15–11:15 AM�
U13 | 11:30 AM–12:30 PM
Each group will focus on age-appropriate skating development, progressing from strong fundamentals to advanced edgework and game-speed ex*****on.
Players will develop:
• Ankle strength & mobility�• Blade & body balance�• Heel & toe control�• Explosive acceleration�• Maximum skating speed�• Linear crossover development�• Change of direction & agility�• Curvilinear skating speed�• Rapid deceleration & re-acceleration�• Speed compete drills
