Join us for a day of community, fitness, and giving back!

โฐ Spectators gates: 10:30 AM
๐Ÿ’ช Competition starts: 12:00 PM
๐Ÿ›๏ธ Vendors gates: 9:30 AM

MoFit is a Community day to bring like minded people together to raise awareness and raise funds for two amazing charities The Firefighter Burn Fund and Movember. The day will consist of a grueling hour long team fitness challenge to will put the Langley Rugby Club up against Local Fire Departments, Nurses and other local sports teams. On top of the MoFit Challenge the day will also be family friendly and for all ages as we will have a Kids Zone with a Fire Truck, Raffles, local vendors, breweries, distilleries, guest speakers and entertainment. The entry is by donation and all proceeds will go to these charities, lets come together as a community and raise awareness to these great causes. Showing up to this event makes you part of the MoFit Team.

Big news for Langley Rugby Club Womenโ€™s Program! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Weโ€™re proud to announce that Tomici โ€œJimโ€ Volavola has officially joined Langley Rugby Club as our Division 1 Womenโ€™s Head Coach.

Coach Jim brings a wealth of elite experience to the program, including his role as interim Head Coach of the Fiji womenโ€™s national rugby sevens team, where he helped lead and develop athletes on the international stage.

More than results, Jim is committed to building a strong culture rooted in accountability, resilience, and his powerful *โ€œNo one left behindโ€* philosophy.

His passion for developing athletes and creating an environment where every player feels valued makes him the perfect fit as we continue to grow and strengthen womenโ€™s rugby in Langley.

This is a huge step forward for our womenโ€™s program โ€” and weโ€™re just getting started.

LRC is pleased to announce that Stuart Crowley has joined the club as our new Youth Technical Director.

Stuart brings nearly 20 years of coaching experience across the Fraser Valley, including previous involvement with both the minis and menโ€™s programs at Langley Rugby Club. He is currently coaching at DW Poppy Secondary and Trinity Western University, and is proud to once again be part of the LRC community.

We look forward to his leadership and the positive impact he will have on the continued development of our youth program.

โ€œMy goal is to support the excellent coaches and dedicated athletes at the LRC, and to ensure that our youth have a positive experience with a club that prioritizes developing people within an enjoyable, challenging, and values-based environment.โ€

LRC is proud to announce that Wyatt Klassen, a student from Langley Secondary School and longtime LRC junior, has committed to our Senior Menโ€™s Program ๐Ÿ‰.

Having developed through our junior system, Wyatt takes the next step in his rugby journey as a Scrum Half / Fullback. Weโ€™re excited to see him continue to grow and make his mark with the senior squad this upcoming season.
