Manual osteopathy is a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to heal and self-regulate. By addressing restrictions in the muscles, joints, fascia, and internal systems, it can help reduce pain, improve mobility and posture, relieve tension, support nervous system balance, and enhance overall function and well-being. This holistic care is well suited for those seeking a calm, individualized approach to supporting long-term health.
We’re pleased to welcome Koshambi Chadha, Manual Osteopath, to the clinic. Koshambi brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to care, using a range of gentle manual techniques to support improved movement, alignment, and comfort. Did you know ThriveLife Counselling & Wellness offers neurofeedback as part of our holistic approach to mental wellness?
Neurofeedback is a non invasive form of brain training that helps the brain improve self regulation through real time feedback. It can support concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, trauma, sleep difficulties, stress, and emotional regulation.
Many people use neurofeedback to improve focus, support nervous system regulation, and build greater emotional balance over time.
At ThriveLife, neurofeedback is one of the ways we support healing and resilience, often alongside counselling and other wellness services to meet the unique needs of each person.
