The only thing harder than the workout is explaining why you didnât show up.
You donât need more motivation. You need a group that wonât let you skip.
Thatâs what group training does â it turns âI should work outâ into âI have to be there.â Show up, get pushed past what you thought was your ceiling, and leave with people who make the suffering fun (yes, itâs a real thing).

If this is a Speed and Agility month I canât imagine what he expects out of us during a Power month đ«ŁđŹ đ€Łđ
Thereâs no perfect body required. No comparing. No judgment. Just a community of people choosing to take care of themselves and become stronger â inside and out.
If you love what youâve found here, bring someone with you. Refer a friend. You never know who might need a community like this in their life.
Come for the workout. Stay for the people.
Community is what makes a gym feel like home. â€ïž
Yes, weâre here to get stronger, move our bodies, and work toward our goals â but itâs so much more than that.
Itâs the friendships. The laughs. The encouragement. The high-fives. The people who celebrate your wins and push you through the days you donât feel like showing up.
Thereâs something powerful about working out together. When you have someone beside you who motivates you, holds you accountable, celebrates the wins, and keeps you going on the days you donât feel like it, youâre much more likely to stick with it. Fitness doesnât have to be something you do aloneâbring your partner, your best friend, or your person and make getting stronger something you do together. â€ïžđȘ
A 12-month study published in the Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness compared people who joined a fitness program with their spouse to those who joined without their spouse. The results were pretty incredible: only 6.3% of those who joined with their spouse dropped out, compared with 43% of those who joined alone. The couples also attended their workouts more consistently, and researchers suggested that spousal supportânot simply motivationâplayed an important role.
So grab your person and come train together. Motivate each other, hold each other accountable, celebrate the wins and make getting stronger something you do together. Because sometimes the best workout partner is the person standing beside you. â€ïžđȘ
