One of the most exciting young athletes in jiu-jitsu is coming to Flash Academy.

At just 17 years old, Helena Crevar became the youngest athlete ever to podium at the ADCC World Championships, taking home silver in 2024. Since then, she’s continued to establish herself among the best grapplers in the world — becoming a 2025 IBJJF No-Gi World Champion and competing on the global stage with ONE Championship.

On October 17, Helena will be joining us on the mats as part of the Flash Academy 3 Year Anniversary Super Seminar, sharing the techniques, concepts, and details behind the game that has taken her to the highest levels of the sport.
