February New Moon Muse🌚 The return trip from Gomde Austria has been made, and it feels as though a new version of myself is the one returning. A fresh start as we tip toe towards spring and the light returns to bring again the cycle of activity, growth and an outer bloom.

Well I had planned to draw for the giveaway winner on the full moon, but that full moon took me for an emotional whirlwind… Alas, I have at last drawn the name for the winner and Hayley’s name literally jumped out of the bowl. She is definitely deserving of a gift from the universe as she shows up so fully to serving our lake cowichan yoga community, tending the sanctuary space of Align Yoga Lake Cowichan ♥️

A beautiful evening of sound and song, restorative postures for the body and gentle safe container to breathe and be.
Last night’s Restorative Serenade held big medicine for me, and I trust it was so for the beautiful gathering of souls that joined in. I can feel my ancestors sing through me, and the healing for my people that I embody as I share this ancient gift of song.
I wonder what will become of all this Love …?

My intention is to tend this cyber space more carefully in the moons to come. Having left all social media for a year, it has been a very slow return!
I've been through some huge life shifts the past couple of years, all of which come through in my offerings. Having settled into land stewardship in the Cowichan Valley, I am beginning to root into the Earth and offer my gifts locally and in person once again.
Embodying Ahimsa is the new name that stirred through last winter/early spring, and is emerging into space gradually, as I live into its meaning.
My massage practice is open again, offering Ayurvedic treatments in Lake Cowichan @ Align Yoga. Yoga is also being guided by me, regularly weekly at 7pm on Sundays, same place.
