We still have a whole team of players (especially at the U8/9 level) that can't get off the waitlist, without having a coach or 2 in place...did you know
1. We offer opportunities to participate and view coaching at development nights
2. We have online resources to assist putting together practice sessions
3. We will cover the cost to take requisite coaching training and
4. We have other coaches that would be happy to come and run a practice or 2 until they feel comfortable

We love seeing so many athletes excited to play, but without volunteer coaches, we simply can’t create enough teams for everyone. More coaches means more teams, more opportunities, and fewer players left waiting.

Coaching doesn’t mean you have to be an expert. It means being willing to support kids, encourage teamwork, and help create a positive sport experience.

If you’ve ever thought about coaching, now is the time. Your help could be the reason a player gets to join a team this season.

We are excited to announce that one of our Mid Isle athletes, Hayden Fedorchuk-Brown, has been selected to attend the Barcelona Soccer Academy in Spain.

What an achievement for this young athlete! This is a tremendous achievement and a reflection of Hayden's hard work, dedication, and commitment to developing as a player.

We can't have teams without coaches. Our program depends on parent volunteers, and without enough coaches, we may not be able to form teams for all players.

You do not need to have extensive coaching experience. We can provide resources, guidance, and support to help you get started. The most important qualities are being positive, dependable, and willing to help create a fun and encouraging environment for the players.

On behalf of the organization, we want to take the opportunity to thank our coaches for their dedication, leadership, and commitment to our athletes. Mid Isle Soccer Club is primarily built by volunteers. People who choose to give up evenings, weekends, and countless hours behind the scenes so kids can play.

If you see something that could be better, we’d love your help. New constructive ideas are always welcome, but so are extra hands.

The best way to make a difference isn’t from the sidelines—it’s by getting involved!
