Race Day four has a little attention on our Helicopter crew. The four of em kept us on the edge of our seats watching the live view each day. A big thank you to Custom Helicopters Ltd. for all they do for Cains Quest. Here are a few helicopter shots and some shots from the helicopter. These few photos are dedicated to Kai. Thanks for all your work during Cains Quest. You will be missed.

We are sad to report the loss of a member of the Cains Quest family. We were devastated to hear the news of the passing of one of our Paramedics Kai. Our condolences go out to their friends and family. Kai and his partner watched over our racers from the helicopter during the race. We are sure he will continue to watch over them from above. Rest easy Kai, thank you for your service.

Enjoy these photos from Day 3. Some great shots showing what it takes to put off this race. Amazing volunteers looking after the safety of our racers and supplying vital fuel needs for our Helicopter crew. So many key parts to making this race the incredible event that it is. Thank you to all our volunteers, especially those who spent several days in the backcountry staffing remote checkpoints and emergency response locations.

Another beautiful one for Race Day 2. Not as many photos on this day as the chopper and the riders had a long ride to Nain ahead of them and there was limited daylight by the time they went back on the clock. Great photos none the less. So here are all the Race Day 2 Highlights. Enjoy!!!
