« Nous étions bien partis! Nous avions dépassé plusieurs équipes, même si nous sommes restés pris à deux reprises dans la neige. Nous avons remonté le peloton...Jusqu’à ce que la pompe à essence ait un problème. C’est frustrant puisque les derniers 50 km, nous ne pouvions rouler plus vite que 30 km/h. Nous sommes repartis de Goose Bay aujourd’hui, tout est réparé. La course est longue, c’est de l’endurance. Ça se passe bien pour le moment 🏁 » - Alain Blanchard

"We were off to a great start! We passed several teams, even if we got caught twice in the snow. We were able to get unstuck and to catch up with the pack until the gas pump went crazy. For the last 50 km of the race, the maximum speed we could reach was 30 kph...Very frustrating. We left from Goose Bay this mornig, everything is fixed.
