Please be advised the bike route has been changed, note the bike route is now 4 times.

Join us as we host the District of Kitimat's first-ever Triathlon! Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come out and cheer on participants as they swim, bike, and run their way to the finish line.

**Motorists:** Please be advised that participants will be on the roads between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. This is not a closed course, so we ask that you use extra caution, slow down, and give cyclists plenty of space when passing.

After the race, stick around for a BBQ hosted by the Kitimat Humane Society 🌭 Food will be available for purchase by both participants and spectators.

Come out, cheer on our athletes, and help make Kitimat's first triathlon a great success! 🎉

Join us on Saturday, July 18 for a fun, high-energy sprint triathlon featuring a 750m swim, 20km bike, and 5km run. Compete solo or as a team — all ages welcome!
