That’s a wrap on our summer soccer! Thanks to all who came out. Special shout out to our youngest coaches who rocked the Red Team, your leadership and dedication to the sport is admirable.

If any one has any comments on things they liked, didn’t like or suggestions for next year please let me know! The goal is to keep soccer on the peninsula fun, accessible and relevant to the players.

See you all next summer!

It’s hard to believe this is the last week of July! Which means it’s the last week of Summer Soccer on the Kingston Peninsula. We will be celebrating all our players coaches and sideline support tomorrow, Wednesday July 29, with a hot dog BBQ and some fun on the field - including the adults vs player games.

Looking forward to seeing everyone out on the field for a fun evening!

We have made the difficult decision to cancel soccer for tonight. Stay dry and we look forward to celebrating all the players, coaches and soccer families next week!

Due to illness and schedule conflicts we are down a couple of coaches tonight, if any red or green team adults are willing to step forward and help keep practice running smoothly we would be grateful!

Hello Soccer Folks! A slightly longer post today to share some important updates and dates:

Temperatures seem to have settled back down after the heat wave last week but please bring lots of water to practice. I do have some extra bottles in the building if you forget or run out.

Wednesday July 8 - we are back to regularly scheduled practice

Wednesday July 15 - the 💚 green team 💚 is looking for a second volunteer to help run practice.

Tuesday July 21 at 7:15 - the 💙 blue team 💙 has been invited to play an exhibition game in Hampton. Please let me know if you are able to make it or not.

Wednesday July 29 - last day of Kingston Summer Soccer and we will celebrate 🎉 with a BBQ and an adults vs players game ⚽️. Also looking for a volunteer to run the BBQ (hot dogs only).

Reminder there is no soccer this week! See you all next week!

Hello Soccer Families! I am obsessively checking my weather app but we are going to go ahead with practice tonight. However there is a rain/thunder shower warning in the area, in the event of any thunder we will be stopping practice immediately! We realize these weather conditions aren’t ideal and can change quickly so please make the right choice for your players.
