Wildfire update for KRC... We are still operating our excellent tours us usual! The KRC Basecamp is under Evacuation ALERT, not an Evacuation ORDER. This means it is time to make plans and prepare for a potential evacuation order. We constantly monitor the weather and the smoke situation. KRC is in the business of risk management, and makes decisions with an abundace of caution. The last time we were on evcuation alert it lasted 3 weeks, and it was rescinded with no evacuation. So for now, we keep on with healthy outdoor activity, and that includes rafting on the cool waters of the St Mary's and Elk rivers...Be safe out there! Jess & the KRC team.
