Here's some pics from the last camera card check of the summer, some absolute gorgeous bears that will be on our hitlist for next spring. Looking for 1 more group of hunters for the peak week of the rut (3rd week of June) and we will be full. Only taking 16 or 18 hunters and will run more than twice that for baits to provide all the opportunities we can for trophies to be harvested!!!

Well that's a wrap for 2026, had a successful season with hunters and was able to get out a few times with my partner as well. Everything came together Friday evening for her and I and just 10 minutes after shooting her very first bear, a 222 lb boar with her 308 rifle a sow came in with a 327 lb P&Y bear hot on her tail and i was able to arrow him from the ground as we were getting ready to walk over to her trophy. Quite a thrill to get a double in just 10 minutes with such great company ❤️, a night i will never forget.

Epic night in the bear woods my girlfriend Juliette, we dealt with heavy rains and she wasn't impressed with the hang on treestand but stuck in out and at 840 all kinds of action started. 3 bears came in pretty much at once. And her first bear a 222lb boar with chevron chest felt her perfect shot with her 308 Wi******er only went 15 y and piled up. In my mind I wanted to try for a double being primetime but knowing she was extremely cold and I wanted to get some nice pics with her trophy I decided we would go retrieve him. After taking all our gear to the ground i helped her down and as we were on the ground getting our stuff together I heard loud jaw popping and see a sow and big boar coming In hot to the barrel. After finding my release in my pocket and getting it on and patiently waiting for for shot with bow I was able to hopefully make a great shot on this big boy from the ground. Arrow is covered in red blood but we will wait to look in the morning as It was pretty late and I dont wanna push the bear.
