🎂 Happy Birthday, Donna! 💗

We know this is probably the last thing she would ever want. A big birthday post all about her. But today, we’re going to celebrate her anyway, because someone with a heart as big as hers deserves to be celebrated.

Donna, you are truly one of the most incredible people, and we are so lucky to have you in our community. You are someone who constantly puts others before yourself, who genuinely wants to see everyone succeed, and who spends so much of your time, energy, and heart making the world around you a little better.

From Camp Kindness, to Stockings Were Hung, to your amazing work in real estate, Berwick Gala Days, countless fundraisers, events, community projects, and the countless things you do behind the scenes that most people will never even know about; the list simply never ends.

You have dedicated so much of yourself to others. You show up. You help. You encourage. You give. And you do it all because you truly believe in the good in people and want to see good in this world.

The community would look very different without you, Donna. So many people have been supported, encouraged, included, given opportunities, or simply reminded that someone cares because of you. Your impact reaches so much further than you probably realize.

Today, we hope you take a moment to recognize just how loved, appreciated, and valued you are. You spend so much time making sure everyone else feels celebrated and today is your turn. ❤️

Thank you for everything you do, everything you give, and most importantly, for simply being you.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to support Camp Kindness and the Kentville Fire Hall. We had such a great time seeing everyone and appreciate all of the support!

If you weren’t able to sneak out yesterday, or you’re already thinking about going for another hot dog or hamburger, we’ll be back at it on Friday! 🍔🌭

Come out, grab some food, say hello, and help us make Friday’s BBQ even better than yesterday’s!

Our wonderful Camp Kindness leaders and campers will be hosting the morning, with a free will offering and donations supporting the Kentville Fire Department. 🚒💙

If you’re free this morning, come out and join us! We’d love to see you, enjoy some sunshine, share a cup of coffee, and share a morning of community, connection, and smiles! ☀️💙

As we wind down for the summer, we wanted to remind everybody to follow the Stockings Were Hung Project Facebook and Instagram pages if you aren’t already. Your support means everything to us! ❤️

While we’ll still be posting on the Camp Kindness page from time to time, most of our social media updates will be moving over to the Stockings Were Hung Project as we get closer to Christmas.

The Camp Kindness page will remain active and up to date, but we’ll be sharing even more on the Stockings Were Hung pages — including updates, events, ways to get involved, and all the magic happening behind the scenes.
