• Offensive to an individual or an organization: profane, hateful, insulting, rude, abusive, aggressive, or violent;
• Defamatory or harassing remarks, or serious, unproven/unsupported or inaccurate accusations against individuals or organizations;
• Repetition or spam, such as the same comment being posted repeatedly;
• Impersonates or misrepresents someone else, including public figures or City officials;
• Messages that City of Kenora deems as not adding to the normal flow of conversation/dialogue/debate;

Early Fall Group Fitness Schedule | September 8 – October 31, 2026
The Early Fall Group Fitness Schedule is here!
Join us at the Moncrief Construction Sports Centre for a full lineup of strength, cardio, mobility, yoga, parent-and-baby, and recovery classes running throughout the week.
Classes include Balance & Build, StrongSpin, Yin Yoga, Essentrics Standing and Barre, BYOBaby Fitness, Strength Foundations, Rooted Mind and Body, Zumba Rush, Essentrics, Chair Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Fit, and Baby Bloom.
Please refer to the individual class posters for full class details and any schedule adjustments.
Registration
Non-members registering for a full program block may register online up until the start of the program.
Members, single-class registrations, and drop-ins must be completed through the Recreation Centre Front Desk, either in person or over the phone.
Pricing
Members with 3-, 6-, or 12-month memberships: Free
Non-members: $7 per class when registering for the full block, or regular drop-in rate
Group Fitness Packages: Accepted
All participants must check in with the front desk prior to class.

This summer, new lighting and a shaded pergola were added to make the space more welcoming, comfortable, and accessible for everyone. Together with the colourful murals refreshed in 2024, these upgrades are helping build a vibrant community gathering place for youth and families.
