What an incredible weekend celebrating 20 years of the Bronzeback Classic on beautiful Lake of the Woods!

A huge congratulations to our 2026 Bronzeback Classic Champions, Team #1 Tye Hiebert & Anna Amisola, who claimed the title with a two-day weight of 32.08 lbs! 🏆

Fun Fact: Tye & Anna also captured the Bronzeback Classic title in 2024, making this their second championship in three years!

Just a reminder that our Bronzeback Classic Rules Meeting is tomorrow, Friday, July 17 at the Kenora Curling Club.

🕕 Doors Open: 6:00 PM
🕖 Rules Meeting: 7:00 PM

Important Reminders:
🎣 At least one angler from each team must attend (both team members are encouraged to attend).
🚤 All youth anglers should attend for the Youth-Only Boat Draw.
👕 Don't forget to bring cash if you'd like to purchase our 20th Anniversary Bronzeback Classic apparel.

⚠️ Safety Reminder

This weekend, Chad's Big Swim from Sable Islands to Kenora will be passing through portions of our tournament boundaries. During his swim, his route will be taking him from around the north end of Tug (Near S***t Island), between Rope Island, Quandary Bay, and north towards Infernal Point.

If you encounter Chad or his support crew during the tournament:

Watch carefully for the swimmer, kayak, and support boats.
Slow down well in advance.
Give them plenty of space.
Help us ensure everyone has a safe weekend on the water.
