THIS is what coaching should do.

Not just change your workouts.
Not just change your macros.
Not just change what you see in the mirror.

It should change the way you approach all of it.

Cara came into coaching thinking more was better. More training, more restriction, more pressure to do everything perfectly.

Instead, we focused on training with intention, actually fuelling her body enough to perform, and getting away from the all-or-nothing mindset that was leaving her burnt out.

And THAT is the part of her review that means the most to me…

“I feel strong, regulated, and supported.”

Because the goal isn’t to need a coach forever.

It’s to walk away understanding your body better, trusting yourself more, and having the tools to keep going without constantly feeling like you need to do MORE.

So proud of you, Cara. 🤍

Watching my clients grow and thrive will always be one of the most rewarding parts of coaching.

This incredible woman has been part of the Natty Hour family since 2021!!

It’s been amazing to witness the way she’s embraced a complete lifestyle change, built confidence, and poured positive energy back into our community.

I’m so proud of how far she’s come, and even more proud of the person she’s become through this journey.

The best part?

This isn’t just about reaching a goal.. it’s about creating a life she loves living, every day!!

Thank you Marion for trusting me to be a part of your journey. This is exactly why I do what I do. 🫶🏻

One of my biggest goals as a coach is to make fitness feel sustainable, NOT overwhelming.

You shouldn’t need to spend hours in the gym, eat complicated meals, or feel like your life has to revolve around your fitness goals to see results.

That’s why I focus on creating structured training programs, realistic nutrition guidance, and ongoing support that actually fits into real life.

Reviews like this remind me why I love what I do!

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey Elaine!!

I love this one because it captures something that often gets overlooked.

So many people start a fitness journey thinking the goal is to lose weight or look different. But somewhere along the way, if you do it the right way, the goal starts to change.

You stop working out because you have to. You start looking forward to it. You stop chasing a finish line and start building a lifestyle that actually feels good.

Courtney joined for 8 weeks before a trip, but what she’s taking away is something that lasts a whole lot longer than 8 weeks.

Thank you for trusting me, Courtney. So excited to see what we can accomplish next !!

“What happens after the stage?” is the question we don’t ask enough.

For many competitors, the hardest part isn’t prep. It’s what comes after.

Robynn knows that feeling all too well. After competing, rebuilding a healthy relationship with food wasn’t easy. Like so many athletes, she had to unlearn the all or nothing mindset and learn to trust herself again.

That journey wasn’t quick. It took patience, consistency, and a lot of uncomfortable conversations. But she never let those challenges define her.

Today, she no longer tracks macros. She fuels her body with foods she enjoys, eats enough to support her training, enjoys treats without guilt, and has maintained her results for months through mindful eating. Not because she’s following another diet, but because she’s built a lifestyle that actually works for her.

As a coach, this is the kind of transformation I’m most proud to be part of. Not just losing weight, but creating freedom around food. That’s the real win.

I’m so proud of you, Robynn. Thank you for trusting me through every season over the past five years. ❤️

If you’re struggling with life after dieting or competing, know that you don’t have to figure it out alone. Recovery, balance, and long-term success are all possible. 🤍

There are certain reviews that stop you in your tracks, and this was one of them. ❤️

Katelyn has been with me for years, through injuries, setbacks, wins, and everything in between. Watching her become stronger, more confident, and healthier isn’t just because of a workout program or nutrition plan. It’s because she kept showing up, even when things weren’t perfect.

One thing she said that really stuck with me was:

“She has given me the tools I need to succeed.”

That has always been my goal as a coach.

Not to create clients who need me forever, but to help people build the knowledge, habits, and confidence to navigate life on their own.

Katelyn, thank you for trusting me through every season. Watching your growth over the years has been such a privilege, and I couldn’t be more proud of everything you’ve accomplished. ❤️

Reading messages like this never gets old. ❤️

When I created The Natty Hour, I wanted it to be more than just workout programs and meal plans.

I wanted to build something that felt realistic, supportive, and sustainable. A place where people could challenge themselves, build confidence, and actually enjoy the process.

Knowing that’s exactly how Elaine experienced it means the world to me.

Thank you for trusting me with your journey, and for taking the time to share such kind words. Seeing people feel stronger, more confident, and supported is why I love what I do. 🫶

Emily… where do I even start.

Watching you go through this New Year’s Challenge has been nothing short of incredible.

Not just because of the physical progress, but because of who you became in the process.

You showed up on the hard days.
You pushed through when it would’ve been easier to fall back.
And you proved to yourself that you’re capable of so much more than you thought.

What stands out most is your mindset shift.
From going through the motions… to fully stepping into your own growth, your own strength, and your own self belief.

That’s the real win.

Hearing how this experience helped you reconnect with yourself, especially after a tough year, is exactly why I do what I do. This isn’t just about workouts or macros. It’s about helping you rebuild trust in yourself.

I am SO proud of you, and so grateful you trusted me through this process.

And the best part… we’re not done yet.

Spring Challenge starts April 7, and I already know you’re just getting started 🔥

Everyone else reading this please help me show this rockstar some love!
