We’re kicking things off with an Express SPINCO class at 4:45 PM led by ⚡️, then taking the energy outside with a run/walk to REC at 5:25 PM, and finish the night strong with a Heavy Lift workout at REC led by Coach starting at 5:45 PM💪

Spin. Run. Lift. Sweat. Repeat.🩵💙

We are so excited to bring the community together for another sweaty summer pop-up.

As Energy Exchange, you work with us in the studio for ~4 hours per week in exchange for an UNLIMITED monthly membership at SPINCO Kelowna ⚡️
