Want to try cheer or maybe want to continue cheering but with less competition commitment than our competitive program?

Novice or Prep cheer may be the perfect option for you! The biggest differences between the novice, prep and competitive programs are the amount of training required, and the number of competitions attended. 🤸‍♀️

Novice teams will practice once per week and will perform in one showcase, one Kelowna competition, and one Vancouver competition.

Prep teams will practice twice per week and perform in one showcase, one Kelowna competition, and two Vancouver competitions.

All novice and prep teams for season three will be level 1. There is no experience required to join our novice or prep programs and no tryouts required. 📣

Athletes are still encouraged to explore additional class offerings, but they are not mandatory.

And if you’d rather do a private tumbling lesson instead of a class, make sure you email your preferred coach at their KCA email so they can get you into their schedule!
