Join us at Kelowna Yoga Hub for Baby & You Yoga, a welcoming 5-week series designed to help you move, stretch, and connect with your little one. 💛
✨ Gentle, postpartum-friendly movement
✨ Open to moms, dads, grandparents & guardians
✨ For babies 3–12 months
✨ Time to connect with other parents after class
✨ Babies are welcome to nap, feed, fuss, or arrive late — we get it!

Older littles are welcome too! If your toddler can independently play/read—or wants to join you for some yoga—they’re welcome to come along.
