Dialing in Dustin Anderson for this years Golden Prairie Cup. Few more layers to dig off and in 3 weeks we’ll be hard as nails. Can’t wait for the final form!!

Bringing a much improved package from the Toronto pro!! We can’t wait to load this and land this jet plan in 5 days !!🎯🎯

2 days out from the IFBB VANCOUVER PRO/AM where we captured our masters Olympia qualification vs 2 days out of the Sin city IFBB pro show with wicked improvements. Fuller and leaner !!

Utilize your time correctly , especially pushing show after show. This doesn’t happen easy but under a watchful eye, I ensure we do nothing but get better show after show!!

2.5 weeks out dialing in for the Toronto Pro Show vs 2.5 weeks out of the Rising phoenix!!

More food , less cardio , stress completely managed and energy great !!!

Take these times in between shows to make it even better, no matter how good it already is , we can always be better !!

Quietly grinding here to bring Cy Gascon 🇵🇭🇨🇦 IFBB Pro 🌐 to this years Houston pro show. Moving at lighting speed dailing in. We will see his best ever for this one !!

Heading into Toronto we kept the look very tight. Showing detail and hard lines. Seeing the guys winning the cards we really needed to push the fullness and really fill out. We are able to push this up 10 lbs in 5 weeks to bring that pop while still keeping it tight. Mission accomplished and another national 1st place.

A background story for our prep into the IFBB VANCOUVER PRO/AM. We were mid way through prep aiming to be ready for mid August when Cristina Rifo approached me at her and Cam Rasmussen wedding asking if we could be ready for Vancouver. This was leading into the second week of June. Well her knowing me and always up for a challenge and me knowing how deep she could dig, She got my green light !!! In roughly just over 6 weeks this is what we accomplished !! Leading to her masters Olympia qualification !
Now back to the drawing board to land this even better in 18 days for round 2 of the season!!

Heading back to home turf today feeling grateful , thankful and prouder then I ever have.

1 week to run it again at the Natural Canada Pro Show in Toronto with 2 amateurs and a pro!!
