A strong golf swing isn’t just about your arms and shoulders. ⛳️

Seated knee tucks train the hip flexors and challenge your core to control movement at the pelvis and trunk.

For golfers, building core and hip strength can support the stability and control needed to rotate and transfer force through the swing.

I have a tip that can take five strokes off anyone's golf game. It's cold and eraser.

Those grooves matter more than you might think 👀

A clean clubface allows more friction between the club and ball, helping generate the high spin that can make a wedge shot stop quickly on the green. But 10,000+ RPM isn't something every golfer will produce. It depends on the club, the shot, and the conditions at impact.

Small details can make a big difference in golf. ⛳️

Why golfers should train the single leg deadlift ⛳️

The golf swing is a dynamic, rotational movement that requires you to control your body while transferring force through the ground.

The single-leg deadlift trains:
• Single-leg balance and stability
• Hip-hinge strength
• Glute and hamstring strength
• Control of the pelvis and lower body

It also challenges your ability to maintain control while your body is supported by one leg, which can complement the balance and lower body control demands of the golf swing.

Thread the needle can help golfers improve thoracic spine mobility, which plays an important role in creating an efficient backswing and maintaining good posture throughout the swing.

By combining rotation with controlled movement through the upper back, this exercise helps promote the mobility needed for a smoother, more consistent golf swing.

I've always made a total effort, even when the odds seemed entirely against me. I never quit trying; I never felt that I didn't have a chance to win.

GOLF TIP ⛳

A mobile spine can help you make a smoother golf swing.

Cat-cow is a gentle mobility exercise that moves the spine through flexion and extension. Maintaining spinal mobility may help golfers achieve the trunk and upper back movement needed during the backswing and follow-through while reducing feelings of stiffness, especially after long rounds or practice sessions. It won't increase your swing speed on its own, but it can be a useful addition to a warm-up or mobility routine to help you move more comfortably.

Your golf swing starts from the ground up ⛳

The hips play a key role in how you create and transfer force throughout your swing. Building strength, mobility, and control in your lower body can help you move more efficiently, maintain better positions, and support a powerful, repeatable swing.

Mobility gives you access to movement. Strength helps you control it.

Lower trunk rotations can help golfers improve mobility through the hips and lower back, supporting smoother rotation during the golf swing. They’re also a gentle way to reduce stiffness from sitting and help the body move more comfortably through the backswing and follow-through.
