The Freeze Frame Drill 🧊⛳
Imagine your upper and lower body are trapped inside a solid block of ice, leaving only your arms free to move during the golf swing.
This simple external-focus swing thought can help reduce excessive pelvic and thoracic rotation during the backswing, allowing you to quiet the body and focus your attention on the movement of the club.

Forward shaft lean is not a one-size-fits-all concept. ⛳️
Every golfer is built differently, and individual anatomy—including arm length, wrist structure, posture, and mobility—can influence how much forward shaft lean is appropriate at impact.
The goal is not to force every golfer into the same impact position. Instead, you want to develop a shaft position that works with your unique anatomy and allows you to produce consistent contact, predictable ball flight, and efficient speed.
Stop trying to copy someone else’s impact position. Learn how your body and the golf club work together to create a repeatable motion.

Shoulder injury update!
Seems like this injury has stretched out the scar tissue that built up during my surgery. I now have more external rotation in my lead arm and It is working better than ever during my golf swing.
My performance is going up and my restriction has gone down which is huge. Super excited about my golf future as I have been battling this poor movement for around 3 years now.
