LCMHL is looking for dedicated volunteers to serve as U9 and U13 Convenors/Statisticians — help keep our league running strong!

Convenors help keep our divisions running by managing game reschedules, approving tournament requests, and answering league questions for their level. It’s a meaningful way to support our hockey families.

RAMS CONDITIONING STARTS TODAY! 🏒
Rams, it’s time to lace 'em up! Conditioning sessions officially hit the ice tonight. Double-check your age group’s start date so you don't miss a beat:
🔥 TONIGHT (Tuesday, Sep 1):
• U13 Conditioning: First session is TODAY!
• Body Contact Clinic: 9:00 PM @ Cardel Recreation (ers, open to U15+ looking for a refresher!)
🚨 UPCOMING DATES:
• U16: Thursday, Sep 3
• U10, U11, U12, U14, U15: Tuesday, Sep 8 (Post-Labour Day)
• U18: Thursday, Sep 10

Student volunteer shifts for conditioning and tryouts have been emailed out. Please make sure to check your email (junk/spam folders just in case) and confirm your dates and times by replying to [email protected] asap!

📣 Calling all high school hockey players!

The Rams Competitive Program is looking for motivated students in Grades 9–12 to volunteer as on‑ice helpers during conditioning and tryouts this August and September.

If you played at Rep B or higher last season, we’d love to have you on the ice supporting our coaches and helping younger athletes.

- the Conditioning Schedule has been released. Click on the link below and follow the appropriate link near the top. (Tryout Schedule not released yet, but check back there regularly for updates)
- DON'T forget to sign up for the Conditioning/Tryouts BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE! (Reminder: you have to registered with the SMHA already to be able to fill in the form and attend these competitive sessions)
