We are a summer baseball team consisting of players age 19 and up who currently play, or have played, at the collegiate or professional level.
Want an entertaining Holiday Monday? Come out to Serauxmen Stadium tomorrow at Noon to watch the Nanaimo Coal Miners face off against 2018 National Champions Coquitlam Angles in the BC Senior Men’s Provincial Championship Game.

Day 3 is underway for the 2023 Sr Men's Baseball Provincial Championships at Serauxmen Stadium.
Your Nanaimo Coal Miners play in the semi-finals tonight at 7pm at Serauxmen Stadium after Brady Rogers hit a walk off 3-run HR last night to give the Coal Miners the win.

Day 2 of the 2023 Sr Men's Baseball Provincial Championshipsat beautiful Serauxmen Stadium. We have a jam packed day today. Games at 10am, 1pm, 4pm and then the feature game of your Nanaimo Coal Miners against cross town rivals Ladysmith Pilots.
Reminder all Nanaimo Senior Baseball Association players get in free tonight if they wear there team hat.
Also because of the amazing support from Nanaimo Minor Baseball Association yesterday we are going to give free admission again tonight to all NMBA players who wear there jersey or hat and are accompanied by a parent.

Great job to the NSBA League, organizers and the Nanaimo Coal Miners on a very successful season.
2017 pre-season workouts begin November 2nd at the Centennial Building, 9:30pm, alternating Wednesdays.
Well the time has come....The Nanaimo Coal Miners host the BC Senior Provincials starting 5 days from now....July 29 - August 1st.
If you have some free time, please come out and watch us play and any other games you might want to watch during the tournament.

July 29 6PM vs. Coquitlam @ Serauxmen Stadium
July 30 6PM vs. Trail @ Serauxmen Stadium
July 31 3PM vs. Prince George @ Serauxmen Stadium
Playoffs starting July 31st at 6PM. Semi-finals are at 9AM August 1st with the final at 12:30PM.

After losing at the Provincials in Kamloops in 2015, the Nanaimo Coal Miners are excited to announce they will be hosting the 2016 BC Senior Provincials July 29th - August 1st!!! Stay tuned for more information....
