Looking for a fun, welcoming way to start your Saturday?

Riverside parkrun Kamloops is a free, volunteer-led 5K community event held every Saturday at 9:00 AM in Riverside Park. Whether you choose to walk, jog, run, volunteer, or simply cheer others on, everyone is welcome. There are no membership fees, no pressure, and no one finishes last.

It's the perfect place to meet new people, enjoy the outdoors, set a personal goal, or simply get moving. Better yet, your single parkrun registration lets you participate at parkrun events around the world!

We're excited to once again sponsor this fun-filled event on September 12, where great people, fun costumes, and an energetic atmosphere come together for an amazing day.

You can sign up as an individual or a team, but this event is best with friends. From wine to candy to water stations, we know you'll have a blast at every turn.
