I think this horse was made for me. A highly opinionated, somewhat unorthodox, meter 30 speed horse that doesn’t particularly feel like adapting to anyone else’s opinions.
One of the most accurate things the animal communicator said at the beginning of our session was:
“Oh, wait, just a second, he’s interrupting. (As he’s likely pawing at the stall door). He has something to say before we start .. He says he’s a professional and knows how to do this job!”
Saturday was SO BUSY at the horse show that I didn’t even have time to sit on him. Travis rode him for a very quick hack and most shows I’m lucky to get to the ring twice a week.
Flash does knows his job and knows what the winning round looks like. He is always a player. It’s a win or the fastest 4, of which is almost always my mistake.
Everyday I swear he walks into the ring with the mantra, “Oh, did they think that was fast?? Let me show you how to actually do it.”
For ALL the wins I have had on this horse, not one person has ever come up to me and said “Oh gee whiz, tell me more about that one 😆”. I think his style says enough! He’s obviously not for most!
Oh Flash, you were made for me and you’re a keeper! Love you forever!
Oh, and he won on Sunday. 🥰 Jump off to come if I can find it 🤣

It’s official! The best pony on earth is looking for a new person to love and another life to change 🥰

19 years young, imported from France Connemara large pony. Has won everything a pony can win on both sides of the border — pony finals, spruce meadows, dihp, and countless championships at Thunderbird. He has taken his last rider from his walk trot pony to his first cross rails to 2 scholarships in the 0.90m’s. This pony is truly made of diamonds and gold. SAFE, honest, and a winner through and through. Hasn’t had a pro ride in 4 years, knows his job, loves his job.
Potential homes will be throughly vetted as he is very loved.
Mid fives to keep, possible lease option available. Serious inquiries only. Some maintenance. Available to try at June/July tbird.

NightsWatch and Travis Root achieved stunning rounds with top placings in the 1.20m Open Jumpers over two weeks at Thunderbird! This stallion by Kannan has now completed his sport requirement and is fully approved. We can’t say enough good things about this horse!
