I teach classes in Kamloops, for a variety of groups, from pre-teens to athletes to office workers. I teach a combination of styles, mainly focusing on Gentle, Hatha and Vinyasa. I also bring yoga to the workplace to help improve workplace morale, increase productivity and bring everyone together to do something fun as a group.
