Kamloops Minor Hockey would like to congratulate Brendan Martin on being named the recipient of the BC Hockey Mike Landucci Development Award for Officiating.
This award recognizes Brendan's outstanding dedication, leadership, mentorship, and commitment to developing officials across British Columbia. His passion for the game and the people involved in it has made a lasting impact on the hockey community both locally and provincially.
Brendan has been a tremendous ambassador for officiating and for the game itself, helping guide and support the next generation with professionalism, respect, and care.
We are incredibly proud to see Brendan recognized for all he has contributed to hockey in BC. Congratulations Brendan and thank you for everything you continue to do for our community.

BC Hockey’s 2026 Mike Landucci Development Award – Officiating has been awarded to Brendan Martin of Kamloops Minor Hockey Association.

Martin’s service as a hockey official began over 25 years ago through a chance encounter involving his son. Fast forward to the present day and he now boasts a decorated resume, holds the title of referee-in-chief with Kamloops Minor Hockey Association, and can now add a BC Hockey award to his list of accomplishments.
