I’ve made some updates to my schedule.

New space, new audience and this enthusiastic yogi is still learning how to make connections and advertise online! So far we have just enough in each class to make them a go for this session. I would love to see a few more stragglers sign up before end of day tomorrow Friday October 17th. Etransfers to be sent to [email protected] with your name and class selection. Email to follow with your receipt, address, parking instructions and recommended supplies for class.

Cannot wait to get started again! Sharing yoga with new and familiar faces is my favorite pastime!

Remember - no one hates yoga! You just didn’t mesh with the instructor. Instructors physical practices and teaching styles can be so incredibly different! Finding the right yoga instructor is like finding the right underwear — it’s all about the right fit. Too tight, and I’m just a pain in your ass. Too loose, and I’m offering zero support.
