Looks like the Disc Golf Discovery Zone at Mathison Conservation Area in Havelock is open for play!

So pleased to have our latest Disc Golf Discovery Zone open to the public in Washago Centennial Park! Only a minute off of Highway 11, this beautiful setting is an excellent pit stop for those heading north or south and looking to stretch their legs, throw a few discs, or hit up any of the other Park amenities!

🎉 SURPRISE! Pittock Is Open for Play! 🎉

We weren't expecting to make this announcement until tomorrow, but thanks to some incredible work on the ground, the newly redesigned course at Pittock Conservation Area is officially open for play today!

The new Fluent Borealis Championship Baskets are installed, temporary signage is in place, and players are welcome to get out and experience the course.

A huge thank you goes to Phillip Visser and his crew for the outstanding work they've done throughout this project. Not only does the course look fantastic, but they managed to get everything completed a full day ahead of schedule.

If you see Phil around the course, buy him a beer 🍻. He's earned it.

There are still a few finishing touches to come, including the permanent signage package and Grand Opening festivities, but the course is ready and waiting.

Get out there, throw some discs, and don't forget to tag us in your photos and videos!

🥏 Pittock Closure Reminder 🥏

Just a quick heads-up for everyone looking forward to the new course at **Pittock Conservation Area**.

The course will be **closed Tuesday through Thursday** while we complete the final basket installation and put up temporary signage around the course.

The good news? We're expecting the redesigned course to be available for play starting **Friday**! 🎉

A huge thank you to everyone for their patience throughout this project. We know a lot of people have been eagerly waiting to get out and experience the new layout, and we're excited to finally be getting close.

We'll have more information about the official Grand Opening very soon.

🚧 Course Construction Update! 🚧

Exciting progress continues at Killarney Lake Park in Fredericton, New Brunswick!

Construction of the new tee pads is now underway, final trimming and fairway preparation continue throughout the property, and we're getting closer every day to welcoming players onto the course.

Our goal is to begin a soft launch of portions of the course in the not-too-distant future, with the remaining holes opening later this summer as work continues.

Like several of our newest projects, Killarney Lake Park will feature Fluent's Solum™ High Performance Turf System, delivering exceptional traction, durability, and year-round performance.

What makes this project especially exciting is the vision behind it. When complete, Killarney Lake Park will be a true championship-level disc golf facility, featuring elite-calibre design, professional-grade tees, championship baskets, premium signage, and the infrastructure needed to support large-scale tournaments and future broadcast coverage.

This isn't just a new course for Fredericton. It's a facility that has the potential to become one of Canada's premier disc golf destinations and a venue that both New Brunswick and Canada can proudly showcase to the world.

We're also excited to see the momentum building around disc golf in the province. A special nod to the New Brunswick Disc Golf Association and Fredericton Disc Golf for the work they're doing to grow the sport and help create opportunities for players across the region.

A tremendous amount of work has gone into bringing this project to life, and we're looking forward to sharing more updates as construction progresses.

🚧 Pittock Conservation Area Course Update 🚧

We're in the home stretch!

Course installation at Pittock Conservation Area is now complete, and we're preparing for the final transition to the new course.

⚠️ Temporary Course Closure: Between Tuesday and Thursday, the old baskets will be removed and replaced with new Fluent Borealis™ Championship Baskets. During this time, the course will be closed for play.

We'll also be installing temporary signage throughout the course while the permanent signage package is being finalized and prepared for installation.

Although some minor work will continue over the coming weeks, we're excited to announce that the new course will be available for play starting this Friday!

If you haven't heard the scuttlebutt, the 18-hole course has been completely redesigned, expanding into new areas of the park and growing to a Par 60/61 layout with both Red and Blue tees.

Despite the increase in length and challenge, we've worked hard to ensure each layout remains appropriate for its intended audience. The Reds will continue to provide a welcoming and accessible experience, while the Blues offer a more advanced layout designed for player development and tournament competition. We'll also be offering a Hybrid White layout on UDisc, blending holes from both layouts to create a strong intermediate experience.

Featuring Fluent Borealis™ Championship Baskets, Ontario's largest tee pads, and Fluent's new Solum™ High Performance Turf System, Pittock is poised to become one of the most exciting disc golf destinations in the province.

This project has been years in the making, and we're incredibly excited to see players finally get a chance to enjoy everything that the City of Woodstock, UTRCA, the contractors, and the local disc golf community have worked so hard to bring to life.
