11:00am – 7:00pm

Admission is $2.00 per person at the gate.

After being closed due to the recent evacuation notices during the wildfire, we’re happy to announce that Holy Cross Park is open once again for you to enjoy!

Bring your family, soak up the sunshine, and make the most of the beautiful day. The canteen and washrooms are ready, and the water is waiting for you!

A huge thank you to our community for your patience, understanding, and support while we put safety first.

The Town of Holyrood advises residents that recreational programs and the use of recreational facilities will resume on Monday, August 11. This includes the Holy Cross Swim Park, CBC United Soccer, the Camp A’hoy Summer Program, and outdoor fields such as the Holyrood Centennial Softball Field and Holyrood Soccer Field.

Please be advised that the Murray's Peak Hiking Trail will not be accessible as crews remain in the area. Please avoid the area to allow first responders to complete their duties.

Holy Cross Swim Park - Closure Notice

Due to the ongoing State of Emergency, Evacuation Order, and Road Closures currently in effect, the Holy Cross Swim Park will be closed to all patrons. This closure is expected to remain in place through the end of the week.

Holy Cross Park - End of Season 2024

Regular staffing of Holy Cross Park will cease as of 6:30pm on Saturday, August 24th.

The park will remain open until Monday, September 2 to “swim at own risk” with free admission. Washroom facilities will be open 9:30am to 3:30pm daily. There will be no lifeguards on site.

All remaining canteen product is 50% off for today only.

Due to impending weather with significant rainfall forecasted, crews are working to remove the dam at Holy Cross Park today. As a result, the park will remain closed today, Monday, August 19.
