This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Haroun from Abu Dhabi on the mats for some drilling and rounds with a few of our students. This young phenom is already a World Champion in his belt division, with titles at the IBJJF World Championship, Grand Slam Worlds, and many more. He's an incredibly talented athlete with a bright future ahead. Thanks for stopping by, it was great having you train with us. Wishing you continued success on the competition mats!

No Kung Fu or Qigong on Monday, August 3rd, we're closed for the holiday.

Join us for another Qigong term - Rou Quan starting this Monday! Class are from 6:00–7:00 PM each Monday, running July 13 – August 24 (no class August 3).

Rou Quan features slow, flowing movements similar to Tai Chi, helping to improve balance, coordination, flexibility, and relaxation while cultivating internal energy.

Qigong Term Registration – Hinton Martial Arts Academy Registration for our Qigong, 6 week session in Hinton, Alberta. Spring/Summer Term from June 1st – July 6th. This term we will be on learning Rou Quan aka. Shaolin Soft Form.
