Ready to try Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?

Every Thursday this season, we offer our new **Adult Beginners Class at 5:00 PM**, regularly taught by our friendly and knowledgable blue belts, Esther and Jeremy.

No experience necessary — just come ready to learn, move, and have some fun.

We spent the day with our friends and High Prairie Gymnastics - HPGA getting reorganized. We are grateful to them for working with us to continue sharing space for the foreseeable future, as a lot of our kids will attend both clubs.

Gymnastics is starting Saturday! Head over to their page for information on how you can register or support the HPGA as they get back on their feet.
