Sometimes ya gotta walk before you run. As I train for an upcoming half marathon in October I have to spend a lot of my time working on properly training my body for long distance. This includes a lot of k-tape for my ongoing knee issues stemming from a couple of old injuries and also finding the perfect music to make me move. ☺️ I am loving training on gravel and grass though. I move a little slower but the impact is minimal compared to walking on concrete! Also… dynamic stretching! Hip openers! So important!!!
