This is a great activity for anyone of any age to use when they feel themselves getting anxious, angry or just off suddenly. I use this tracking each inhale and exhale the entire way around the star. It works really well for calming and self regulating emotions! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Any sport that involves throwing, kicking, catching tossing or hitting is perfect to practice aiming and hitting a target, but you can also try to improve your aim and accuracy hitting targets by creating some of these cool target practice games. You can use a nerf gun or ball, but can also use other everyday objects such as a rolled up sock. You could gather a variety of objects to throw and gather data about which objects work the best!
Fun, easy, covers a physical education outcome and should keep them independently entertained for hours! 😁❤️

How did everyone make out with the Bingo game for April?
Did any of you get a full card? Straight line maybe?
Here is a new Bingo challenge for May. I will post links and ideas for several of the activities here for you to reference!
This month I added in running stamina practice as we have been working on that diligently all year long. I also added in target practice and balance as we have been working hard on both of these in gym class. Any balancing activities and balancing obstacle courses would be perfect to strengthen this skill. We have spent a great deal of time aiming at and hitting a target as well. This is a broad outcome and we practiced kicking, throwing, tossing and rolling an object (usually a ball) at a target. We also practiced throwing and catching a great deal. All of these would be excellent activities for your child to engage in to maintain their physical education goals.
Enjoy the warm weather!!

Earthing/Grounding is something I have been practicing since I was a child myself and can feel the health benefits instantly!
Taking a just a minute or two to stand on the front lawn and breathing deep will work wonders on your mental health. This is true no matter what age you are! If you can strengthen your feet to stay outside barefoot for prolonged periods of time, even better!! ✨🦶🏻✨
