🌅🏃♀️ Finished my 5 AM run and found myself by the lake just before sunrise.
One of my favorite moments of the day. The stillness, the calm water, and the first rays of sunlight always remind me to keep my eyes on the horizon of hope. ✨
Then there I was... deep in thought, reflecting on life, goals, and the future... when a bird landed nearby and started staring at me. 🐦👀
At that point, I wasn’t sure who was observing whom. 😂
The bird was probably thinking:
*”This human looks way too serious for this hour.”* 🤔🤣
Sometimes all we need is a sunrise, a little movement, a peaceful lake, and a reminder not to overthink everything.
New day. New opportunities. Same bird judging me. ☀️😂💛

🌧️🏃♀️ The plan was a glorious 15K run this morning.
Mother Nature looked at my schedule, laughed, and said, “How about a free shower instead?” 😆
The rain came down harder than my determination to hit that 15K, so we settled our negotiations at almost 9K. Not bad for a day when I was basically auditioning for a waterproof athlete commercial. 😂
Since the weather clearly wasn’t cooperating, I figured I’d swing by the gym, grab a foam roller, and recover like a champion... while casually watching everyone else suffer through their workouts. 🤣
Lesson of the day: Not every run goes as planned, but showing up anyway still counts. Progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about adapting, laughing, and keeping those feet moving. 💪✨
