Diablo Fitness offers both children and adult classes in the arts of kickboxing and boxing. At the Diablo gym there is a strong focus on the traditional Dutchstyle of kickboxing as well as the importance of strong boxing techniques and cardiovascular conditioning in a fun, relaxed atmosphere from the novice newcomer to the skilled competitors that represent the Diablo fight team.
