Seamless Flow: A 4 Week Pole Choreo Series

Sundays June 7–28
4:00–5:30 PM

This 4 week series focuses on creating seamless flow through intentional transitions and connected movement.

You’ll learn a choreographed piece over the 4 weeks, with an emphasis on slowing down, refining control, and allowing each moment to feel smooth, embodied, and fully expressed.

Tricks will be modified based on level, while still encouraging growth and exploration.

Prerequisite: Must have basic pole foundations
