Enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through therapy with horses 🩡🐴

Riders are matched to their horse to ensure that they receive maximum benefit while riding. A rider with very tight, spastic muscles, usually starts off on a narrow, smooth gaited horse to encourage relaxation of the muscles, whereas a rider with poor balance or trunk control would be mounted on a wider horse to provide them with a more stable base of support. Lessons vary in length from 30-60 min

🀍 In Loving Memory of Sadie 🀍

A beautiful, gentle giant, Sadie had a remarkable way of connecting with people, in particular the smallest children. With her quiet presence, kind eyes, and generous spirit, she brought comfort, confidence, and connected deeply with all who had the privilege of spending time with her.

Sadie quickly became a cherished member of the TEAD family and captured the hearts of participants, volunteers, staff, and everyone who crossed her path.
We are deeply grateful for the time we shared with this very special horse. Her enormous hoofprints are forever imprinted on our hearts.

Rest peacefully, beautiful Sadie. You were so loved, and will be forever missed. πŸ΄πŸ€πŸ•ŠοΈ
