Some days your mind just won’t slow down by sitting still.
If you’ve ever tried to meditate only to find your thoughts racing even faster, this class was created for you.
We begin with gentle, mindful movement designed to release tension, calm the nervous system, and help you settle into the present moment. As your body softens, your mind naturally begins to follow.
From there, we’ll transition into a guided meditation, allowing you to experience stillness from a place that feels natural—not forced.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and deeply restored.
💙 No meditation experience is necessary.
💙 No pressure to “clear your mind.”
💙 Just come as you are and let the movement lead you there.
Sometimes the path to a quiet mind begins with moving your body.
