Just a couple things we have to get off our chests! Have you been in a class with one of us participating as a student? We love a good whine 😹 have you ever been in a class and we take a break to talk about why an exercise is important? Yeah, that’s a stall tactic 🤷🏻‍♀️

Most importantly-do you know how valuable you are to us? Without real people moving their bodies with us we could never grow as teachers. Thank you for being here with us and teaching us so much. We couldn’t do it without you 🫶🏼🫶🏽🫶🏿

We’re bringing back BINGO-Summer Edition!

We’ve done this a few times now and we have a lot of fun with it. We love seeing our community trying out new things and coming in for days and times they might not otherwise in pursuit of that FULL CARD.

The prizes are definitely motivating but we are not too proud to admit that as fully grown adults...getting to put a sticker in a square is pretty satisfying on its own 😹

We’ll be drawing one grand prize here at The Move Room, and one over at our sister studio
spring 🌀 plus everyone is eligible for a whole bunch of other prizes too!

Bingo starts July 1st (which is somehow already tomorrow!) and runs until the end of August(lots of time to fill up a card!!!!)
