We hope your Virgo soul is pleased with the flow of your day! We’ve missed Andrea at the studio lately: but don’t fret, her Friday 5:45pm class returns in September and will now be a full hour long!

Reaching towards September and that “back to school” mentality.

We are excited to be a community partner for the STAC Hamilton Back to School Festival with Bags Without Barriers for an afternoon celebrating community, youth, and demonstrating our commitment to supporting Hamilton youth.
There are already over 200 backpacks filled with supplies to giveaway! 🎒

17 Saturday, August 29, 2026 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Hamilton Stadium.

The Move Room will provide a little treat for the parents and guardians of kiddos at the event… cause back to school maybe means a little more time back for YOU!
