Today marks the end of my 365 Hard journey.

Not because I quit. Not because I gave up.
But because I ruptured my patellar tendon.

This isn’t how I imagined this chapter ending, but sometimes life writes a different story than the one you planned.

To everyone who followed this journey, supported me, prayed for me, sent messages, shared my videos, trusted me with your own struggles, or found hope through mine, thank you. Every comment, every DM, every word of encouragement meant more than you’ll ever know.

This challenge changed me. It taught me discipline, consistency, faith, and what I’m capable of when I refuse to negotiate with myself. No injury can take those lessons away.

Recovery starts now.

And when I’m healthy again, I’ll be back at Day 1.

Not because I have to…
Because I promised myself I would become the man God created me to be.

This isn’t the end of the journey.
It’s just an unexpected pause.

God has been so good to me. Beyond blessed for this little life of mine 🙏🏿✝️❤️
