Yoga props aren’t just for stretching or support.

Yoga props are great to building strength, too 💪

Shelley is using Knee Pillows under her feet as sliders.

With the pillows under your feet, they slide easily in and out to strengthen the abductors, adductors and pelvic floor.

A Long & Lean Bolster is the perfect support to rest your hands without dumping too much weight into the wrists. This makes the core work harder, too.
