Hello Team Judo Kai, we're back!! Well...almost.
Starting Tuesday September 8 we will be returning to our regular schedule;
Tuesday ages 5-8 5:30pm to 6:30pm, ages 8-12 6:30pm to 7:30 pm, and over 12 7:30 to 8:30
Thursday, same!
We look forward to see you all!

Spryfield Judo Kai is extremely proud to announce that Sensei Abbi August has successfully passed her test for NIDAN!! Or 2nd degree black belt, which basically means she's a badass!

Hi all, if possible please bring in your own water bottle. While we do have water onsite it is disruptive to the class when we have to get it for the students...thanks
